Job description

1. Report to Creative Manager.

2. Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

3. Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points.

4. Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.

5. Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.

6. Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.

7. Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

8. Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.

9. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

10. Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets.

11. Daily Social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback.

12. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

13. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. 2 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication English skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

4. Experience using various analytics software.

5. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

6. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

7. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

9. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

10. Experience/knowledge and interest in the tourism and mobile app industry would be a plus.
