Job Description
- Take responsibility for reviewing all content posted on social media.
- Collaborate with government agencies and relevant departments such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Information and Communication to obtain
operating licenses or address arising issues.
- Seek connections with partners, agents, and customers interested in collaboration for sales or advertising on the company's social media.
- Work with related departments such as Marketing (MKT) and communication to develop strategies, coordinate with the Product Director to enhance the system.
- Coordinate with the Communication Department to widely promote social media platforms to users.
- Organize, assign tasks, guide, and supervise team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce platforms, adhering to the schedule.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the number of new users, execute campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Manage and support businesses in advertising campaigns, from developing pages to optimizing ads and addressing arising issues.
- Assist marketing department in building and implementing effective campaigns, measure results, and renew/extend to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends to attract new users and partners to use the company's social media.
- Recruit and develop the best sales and customer service team.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from college/ university majors in Marketing (MKT), Business Administration, Economics, and related fields..
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce field, with at least 3 years in a manager role oversee the operation of e-commerce platforms and websites.
- Proficient in English communication. Expertise in using software relevant to the job.
- Proficient in the field of travel, Online Travel Agency(OTA).
- Possess management, planning, organizational, operational, training, and customer service skills.
