• Train staff and build/update center workflow, including system professions and content moderation.
• Supervise employee activities in accordance with scheduled progress.
• Create a healthy, optimal environment and improve the user experience in India.
• Responsible for managing user and travel service supplier content in India in compliance with Hahalolo’s community standards and commerce policies.
• Manage and proofread professional translation materials and contracts in Indian language.

• Proficiency in English and Indian languages with 4 skills (required).
• Experience in working/managing positions related to social networks or tourism services.
• Have a general understanding of society and knowledge of various fields.
• Keen on Social networks and online tourism.
• Work well under pressure.
• Leadership, management and teamwork skills.
