- Graduated from University majoring in Law, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration.

- At least 5 years of experience in the equivalent position: strong in recruitment, experienced in recruiting personnel for foreign offices.

- Having worked at technology, e-commerce, OTA services is an advantage.

- Proficient in English and Office Informatics.

- In-depth knowledge of the law relating to workers.

- Ability to present, communicate, persuade well.

- Arrange scientific work and be able to organize the work well.

- Able to travel domestically and internationally when required.

- Good communication skills, polite, sociable.
