Job description

1. Report to Growth Marketing Manager.

2. Implement new targeted CRM campaigns for both ad hoc / one time & ongoing lifecycle campaigns.

3. Set hypothesis-based tests and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve programs.

4. Scale, optimize and enhance our CRM program overall.

5. Integrate more consumer profile intelligence and data science models into both new and existing tactics.

6. Increase engagement, order rates, and LTV of our active users.

7. Drive CRM initiatives and oversee execution of campaigns.

8. Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.

9. Work with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.

10. Work with the CRM team to ensure objectives are communicated accurately when prospects first call in.

11. Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.

12. Troubleshooting areas of underperformance users.

13. Identify gaps in the service where more customers can be guided to make improvements to their interest in booking.

Job requirements

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline.

2. Prior experience in a similar role.

3. Experience in data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.

4. Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

5. Ability to analytical thinking and result-orientation.

6. Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.

7. Open minded, curious and a proactive problem solver.

8. Fast learning and eager to learn new things.

9. Ability to adapt quickly to changes.

10. Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.

11. Excellent time management skills.

12. Ability to lead your team to reach optimal productivity.

13. Good communication, negotiation, presentation skills.

14. Experience/knowledge and interest in the tourism and mobile app industry would be a plus.
